Sandplay Therapy
Sometimes, words aren’t enough to express what we’re feeling. Sandplay therapy offers a nonverbal, imaginative way to explore emotions, experiences, and inner worlds. Using a tray of sand and a collection of miniature objects, children can create scenes that reflect their thoughts and feelings in a safe, contained space. This allows the unconscious to surface naturally through symbolic expression.
Without the pressure of finding the right words, sandplay helps integrate emotions, process experiences, and support healing in a way that feels organic and intuitive. This can be a powerful way to process big feelings, work through transitions, or express what feels difficult to say aloud. It can be a reflective and deeply personal journey into self-understanding and transformation for adults as well.
