Professional Training
The Child Therapy Institute of Marin offers comprehensive training for MFT, LCSW and Psychology interns as well as licensed clinicians. The training program focuses on the following topics related to individual child therapy: play therapy, sandplay therapy, working with parents and other agencies, and integrating expressive arts therapy into the treatment. The training also focuses on translating session material into MediCal friendly language and integrating CBT and dyadic therapy as needed.
